prof. Cezary Mik - Professor in the Department of International and European Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. From 1997, the substantive coordinator of the Team for European Integration, and now in the Department of European and International Law at the Office of Sejm Analyzes of the Chancellery of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. In the years 2006-2010 he was also a member, then the vice-chairman of the Legislative Council at the Prime Minister. In the years 1994-2004, 2006 member of the Advisory Legal Committee of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Scholarship holder of the Polish Science Foundation for young researchers in 1993. Madla, author of numerous expert opinions on European Union law and, generally, international law for various public and non-public entities, including various law firms (President of the Republic of Poland, Sejm - among others on the obligation to adapt the law on higher education to EU law of 2001, and the Senate of the Republic of Poland, former UKIE and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, Institute of Public Affairs, TVN, Ernst and Young, White and Case, Polish Power Association).
