dr Marcin Romanowski - PhD in law, LL.M. at the University of Regensburg. Scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation at the University of Regensburg, Greifswald and Humboldt in Berlin. Currently, he is an adjunct at the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw. The main areas of research interest are the issues of the law of settlements with the past of states of lawlessness and justice in the period of transformation (doctoral thesis on settlements in the property sphere in Germany), issues of natural law, human dignity and social ethics and the relation of law and morality.
