Abstract

The aim of this paper is to examine the possible interactions between the values that form the foundations of social economy and the values belonging to the financial market. To organize the considerations made, the first part of the study introduces the very concept of social economy and the set of fundamental values for it. Then, attention is focused on the axiology of the financial market, as it is the set of unique values that forms the bond of statutory regulations adopted at the level of individual segments of the financial market. These analyses have prompted a search for a common area, a connector – values important for both examined areas, allowing for mutual osmosis and building relationships between social networks and financial networks, strengthening their mutual potential. The study used the dogmatic-legal method as well as the axiological-legal method.
