Abstract

This article deals with the issue of special entitlements of employees caring for children or other family members with disabilities in terms of requesting remote work or being covered by a flexible working time regime. As of 2018, the Polish legislator is introducing special entitlements for this category of employees aimed at reconciling work and caring for a child or family member. The article will present a catalogue of these special entitlements and the procedure for requesting them.
