
The author presents issues related to implementing the right to defense in disciplinary proceedings of soldiers from the perspective of the Act on Defense of the Homeland. The author focuses on the scope of the defense action, and
the content of the substantive right to defense, including, among others, the right to remain silent and the right to defense. The dogmatic method was used for the research.
