
The privilege of bank enforcement orders allowed banks to pursue claims in a simplified manner, since the bank could issue an enforcement order without court proceedings. Banks could also issue additional bank enforcement orders in cases of enforcement against several persons or from several components of the debtor's assets. Despite the derogation of the provisions on bank enforcement orders from the law system, this institution functions to a limited extent under intertemporal provisions. The authors want to answer whether issuing more bank enforcement orders under current legal status is possible.
