
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
By submitting the manusrcipt to the "Law and Social Bonds" scientific quarterly the author accepts the conditions listed below and undertake to comply with them.
1. To submit the manuscript the author must be the sole creator of the work or legally acting on behalf of and with the full agreement of all the authors.
2. Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. For guidelines on the permitted uses refer to https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode.pl
3. There are no processing or submission fees or charges of any kind from the authors.
4. Authors warrant that their work is original; has not been previously copyrighted or published in any form; is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; its submission and publication do not violate any codes (of conduct), laws or any rights of any third party.
5. If the text was created in co-authorship, the authors make a statement about their percentage contribution to the publication.
Financing
If the text is financed by third parties or institutions, e.g. created under a grant, scholarship, etc., the source of funding should be provided in the text.
Publishing Cycle
The "Law and Social Bonds" is published four times a year, in a publication cycle: February, April, June, August, October, December
Only one article by the same author may be published in the same year (this does not apply to co-authored texts).
Information obligation
In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and item 2 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR") we inform that:

Your personal data provided during registration will be processed in connection with the creation of an account on the website of the SIN Publishing House at www.prawoiwiez.edu.pl and submission of the text for publication in the scientific quarterly 'Law and Social Bonds'. The processing of this data is necessary to set up an account and to take further action before concluding the contract on the publication of the submitted text, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 point b) GDPR, and if a separate consent is given in order to receive notifications of new publications and announcements based on art. 6 clause 1 point a) GDPR,
3. Providing your personal data is necessary, and failure to provide them will prevent you from creating an account and the inability to submit text for publication or receive notifications of new publications and announcements,
4. The personal data provided by you will be used only by the editors of the SIN Publishing House and will not be shared with other recipients, except for cooperating entities providing hosting and IT services.
5. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object and in the case of data processing on the basis of consent given the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting compliance with the right of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal - the scope of each of the rights and situations in which they can be exercised has been indicated in detail in art. 15-22 of the GDPR, in order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, you can contact the Data Administrator in accordance with the address details indicated in point 1.,
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR,

8. Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations,
9. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
