The paper analyses new directions in understanding personality disorders in light of the ICD-11 dimensional model and their legal and medical implications for the workplace. The authors present the evolution from the traditional categorical model to the dimensional model, which allows for more precise diagnosis and personalisation of therapy. Using a dogmatic-legal method and a review of the literature, the researchers argue that the new diagnostic model allows for better identification of psychosocial risks in organisations. However, effective prevention requires legislative changes.
