Concepts for deregulating business law focus mainly on identifying areas requiring state intervention in order to create legislation that reflects the real needs of economic activity and fulfils the demand for improving the legal and institutional environment in which Polish companies operate. The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyse the latest amendment to the Act of 6 March 2018 – Entrepreneurs' Law in the area of business inspections, introduced by the so-called deregulation package, i.e. the Act of 21 May 2025 amending certain acts in order to deregulate economic and administrative law and improve the rules for developing economic law.
