Freedom of association is an important constitutional value that is granted to every person. Therefore, a minor has the opportunity to participate in its various manifestations - from formalized groups to other unorganized cooperatives. The real possibility of children to participate in associational organizations varies – the greatest rights appear in the school environment. As a child freedom of association is demonstrated by his or her participation in school cooperatives. The article discusses the impact of student cooperatives on the development of a minor. Additionally, reference was made to the proposed normative regulations regarding student cooperatives.
