Electronic Deliveries to Public Entities Acting as Parties in Administrative Proceedings

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to answer the questions regarding the date of delivery of documents by electronic means by public bodies involved in administrative procedures, when individual public bodies are gradually moving from the delivery of correspondence by means of the ePUAP to delivery to the electronic delivery address. With regard to the ePUAP platform, is the date of delivery of documents determined by the date indicated in the official confirmation of submission or the official confirmation of delivery?
