The impact of the termination of marriage on the rights of spouses to the residential premises in a housing cooperative - selected issues regarding the cooperative ownership right to the premises and the cooperative housing tenancy right to the residentia

Abstract

This article concerns selected issues regarding the impact of the termination of marriage as a result of the death of one of the spouses and in the event of a divorce on the spouses' rights to the residential premises in the field of cooperative ownership right to the premises and cooperative housing tenancy right to the residential premises. The undertaken considerations relate mainly to issues specific to these rights arising from the Act on Housing Cooperatives.
