
The purpose of the article is to analyze the main legal problems arising in connection with the processing of personal image data of employees and members of the bodies of the employer, which is an organizational unit, by the employer in connection with the increasing popularity of remote work and videoconferencing contacts. Their solution involves the joint application of several legal acts in force, i.e. the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and the Civil Code, as well as Regulation 2016/679.
